All rear way tipping bodies have a floor 8 mm thick and are fully made of steel with high abrasion resistance - with a hardness of HB = 450. With side walls profiles Omega-shaped (the same profiles are also used to strengthen the side walls of the three way tippers) achieved a very high stiffness of the side walls and through the dense placement of transverse ribs, the strength of the floor. It should be noted that both: side walls and floors of the rear way bodies are welded by robots, which not only provides high-quality welds but also their recurrence.
